As you've probably figured out by now, I do a LOT of golfing! Because I get to see a lot of courses and play a lot of greens, I've decided to have a do keep an official reviews page for all the courses I play.
Here's a quick breakdown of my ratings system: |

Morgan Creek Golf Club is in great shape for the hard summer that many of the local golf courses have failed to prepare for. The greens are in really amazing shape, they hold approach shots well, and roll even better. If you get a chance to play here, take it. The coures is tough and will bite you in the ass if your not playing good that day.
Here's a little recap of my most recent round at Morgan Creek.... |

Here we go starting our day off bright and early at Morgan Creek.

This is a look at the second hole at Morgan Creek, it's a pretty cool par 4 that you have to hit down the middle because right is traps and left is trees.

Here's the first par 3 of the day number 4. It looks pretty easy but it ALWAYS plays longer than it looks, so club up.

This is number 6 pretty good sized par 5. If you notice the tree on the left we have named that the Rob tree, since he always hits it there. ALWAYS!!!!.

I told you so!!!!!!!!!!.

Sure this is the shortest hole on the golf course, but number 7 isn't as easy as it looks. You have to hit it over water, then you have a two tiered green to deal with.

This is number 11, which is probably not my favorite hole. Thanks to the water on the left side, that is known as Lake Arnie. You will find a whole lot of Titleist with A's on them in there, including this round.

Ok, so this is number 14, another hole that gives me fits. I hate not being able to hit driver off the tee on a par 5, but you have to not here. Par is excellent for me on this hole, which was not achieved today.

So the day is winding down and we get to number 17, a hole you can just sit back and rip it. Don't worry about how far, just rip it, unless you hit it left in the junk like I did.

This could be the best finishing hole in town. A par 4, that you can risk hitting way over the water, or be a puss(like me) and hit it right for an easy shot to the green. |

3.5 Balls. For as bad as many of the courses look right now with all the hot weather, the fairways are green and still have roll. They aren't soaked like many other courses. |

| 4 Balls. Great golf course, this is a fun track to play, it's long, it's tough but if your playing well it's a course you can have a career round at. |
