The Chop House

Alright, so I'm sitting on the plane on the way to Palm Springs Florida (on my "employed roommate's" dollar), and I was looking through the Southwest Airlines magazine. I noticed the magazine had a "top 10 steakhouse" list, so I said what the hell, let's go. I found out later that all you have to do to be on the goddamn list is to pay a bunch of money. It has nothing to do with your restaurant being evaluated or being any good. I found this out the hard way. The Chop House wasn't all that great. If you're gonna spend a bunch of money on steak, there are better places you can go.
