Ruth's Chris

Ruth's Chris is a well known if you're a steakhouse nut like I am. You can find 'em in San Francisco, Las Vegas and where I ate at on my vacation in Orlando, Florida. I've actually eaten at the Ruths Chris in all these cities and found that this place really is that good. They serve the steaks on plates that are about 500 degrees. The reason is to keep the steak hot through the whole meal. And it does. I have to say this is one of my all time favorite places to go of any steakhouse in the country.

Look at this steak and entrée I got at Ruth's Chris...

All I gotta say is DAMN that is a beautiful steak (and lobster, thanks to my "employed roommate.") The taste was even better than the appearance. Look very closely at what's on this plate... or what's NOT on this plate... namely vegetables or anything green. They even went the extra mile and put the potato on a different plate. Let me say this again in case you people who eat vegetables didn't get it the first time... There is no goddamn reason that any vegetable needs to be served with a steak entrée unless it starts with the letter "P" and ends in "otato." Here's a picture of me eating the steak. Eating steak is good for you because it keeps you mean.

I'm gonna go ahead and say it, if you don't eat and enjoy read meat, your are not an American and you don't belong in this country.
