Smith and Wollensky's in Las Vegas, Nevada
Ok, so there is a place in Las Vegas that is probably one of my all time favorite Steakhouses in America... Smith and Wollensky's. Rob, his wife and I discovered this steakhouse when Dawn got married, and to this day whenever I go to Las Vegas I go. It is simply the best. They have a bunch of locations, but Vegas is the furthest west. So if you want a great steak, and even a salad that has potatoes in it, go to Smith and Wollensky's. The food was so good, I even got a salad there (first picture). In the second picture, you can see the steak I ordered along the the potatoes, which were great.
