The 2007 Bad News Over Happy Music Hall of Fame...
1. After getting into a serious car crash, this 38-year-old man in Tennessee survives! He had time to call the wrecker and the paramedics for assistance. And when the paramedics had taken the man into the hospital, he dies of a heart attack right in front of them.
2. While walking down a street in Oakland, CA, this couple in their 20's were just strolling down to a restaurant for dinner. Meanwhile, an SUV drives by and strikes a fire hydrant 10 feet away. The hydrant is disloadged and hit's the man of the couple in the head, killing him right next to his girlfriend.
3. A 47-year-old woman suffered from neurological problems and uterine cancer, causing financial strain on her and her husband. She had lost so much weight from all of her treatments, she had only weight 75 pounds. Her husband had sold most of their personal belongings to take care of some of the medical expenses. Their debt got so bad that it drove her husband to throw the cancer patient off of their fourth story balcony, killing her.
4. This 60-year-old man, who was a barber in a military town in Tennessee and his shop was going to be closed down by the town. During this town meeting, his barber shop had been ruled to be closed. Upon hearing this news, the 60-year-old barber walks in front of the city councel, pulls out a shotgun, and shoots his head off in front of them and 100 other people attending the meeting.
AND NOW THE COUP DE GRAS...
5. This Iraq veteran had been through a treterous tour in Iraq, suffering from traumatic brain injuries, and now speaks with a stutter. He has returned home safely and her wife and children were heading to the hospital where the veteran was being treated. On the way, the wife had gotten into an accident, involving only their car, and her three children aged 2, 5, and 9 were in the car with her. The wife had survived the crash. The 2 and 5 year old died instantly, and the 9 year old died 2 weeks later in the hospital.

1. The lady known as "The Pizza Lady" to many children in London was killed by a snow plow. By the way, her kids were in the car and saw the whole thing happen.
2. In Palo Alto, a man was trying to add holiday cheer to his apartment complex by putting christmas lights up. While doing so, he he struck a power line. Neighbors and passers-by watched the man, as the powerline welded him to the tree. Obviously, he died.
3. Two young girls were killed in a Long Beach fire, her sister fortunately made it out alive. Well, shortly after that she had a heart attack and died too.

4. Two grown men were playing inside of an inflatable Hoppin' House, when they were supposed to be supervising the children's party. While playing one man fell, landed on a 3-year old and crushed his skull, he died instantly.

1. A Canadian teenage girl was found dead in her home after she had an arument with her father. They were arguing over whether or not she should wear a traditional Muslim head wrap. The father has been charged with murder.
2. A 31-year-old couple were traveling towards a train track when they collided with a train carrying presents for children. They are now dead.
3. 3 unknown suspects are now fugitives for murder, after they went up to a family's apartment, knocked on the door and opened fire. They killed a 16-year-old boy, and wounded his mother.
4. A 13-year-old boy fell into an open-top trailer that is used to load corn on a farm, and he was taken to a hospital with severe injuries. He is now dead.

5. A 3-year-old boy was hit in the middle of the road outside of his home in Orlando, he is now dead.

1. After giving birth to triplets, this mother had suddenly gotten deathly ill. She was put on life support where her heart and her brain started suffering. Ultimately, her husband had to make the decision to take her off of life support. She is now dead.
2. During a routine window washing, these two brothers were working on the Upper East Side of New York City on the 47th floor of a building. Their scaffolding gave way, plunging the two brothers to the ground. One of the brother survives with major injuries, the other was cut in half by a wooden fence below.
3. A father and mother were having a dispute in front of their 9-year-old and 11-year-old children, the father ended up shooting and killing his wife, and himself in front of the children.

4. At a Christmas parade in Florida, a 9-year-old boy was walking in front of a float throwing out candy to the crowd. His leg got caught up in one of the floats, and he was pulled under the vehicle, killing him.

1. While cleaning snow and ice off of the IDS Crystal Court in downtown Minneapolis, this 52-year-old man falls 121 feet to his death.
2. A 71-year-old woman and her husband were doing yard work in their backyard when a broken tree limb had fallen on the woman. She was suffered from multiple blunt injuries and died.
3. This 16-year-old boy was crossing the Amtrak train tracks in Oakland and was struck by an oncoming train travelling at 79 MPH, he's dead.

4. A 15-year-old driver was racing through surface streets at 73 MPH when he broadsided a family's car while running a stop light. There were two children in the family's car, a 9-year-old and a 6-year-old. The 6-year-old is in critical condition, and the 9-year-old is now dead...

1. The man supposedly killed by his cell phone last week was not actually killed by his cell phone. He was murdered.
2. Cousin's got into a fight, while in jail, over a cheese sandwich. The result in the fight was the death of one of the men.
3. Two men who had been hiking together for years encountered an issue, a tree fell in 50 MPH winds and killed one of them.
4. A 14 year old boy died after refusing blood transfusions for religious reasons.

5. A 3 year old boy was standing on his headboard while reaching out the window to grab an icicle, he fell and sufferend internal injuries and died.

1. A 33 year old excavator driver was found dead after supposedly dying when his cell phone exploded.
2. A 80 year old woman died in a ambulance crash, come to find out they could have waited to transport her until the next day.
3. Someone shot a gun trying to scare a loose dog and struck a 29 year old woman after the bullet ricocheted off of the plastic fence and it killed her.

4. Max, an eight year old boy, jumped out of the car when he arrived to the Vanderbilt University and Wake Forest football game which he was very excited about. He got hit by a taxi and died.

1. A man in a fit of road rage caused by a teenager cut him off, the man shot the 15-year-old boy killing him.
2. After a month of getting her tongue pierced, this 20-year-old woman was hospitalized for an infection. She died from meningitis caused by the infeciton in her tongue.
3. This 49-year-old man was trying to break the record of most skydive jumps. He already had 5,000 jumps under his belt. On his final jump, his foot got entangled in his parachutes cable and fell to his death.

4. A couple who had a 3-year-old also had been going through some marital problems. There's no real lead up to this story. The husband killed his wife by stabbing her multiple times...in front of their son.

1. During a horse riding event in Florida, this 21-year-old woman was competeing in the 2007 Horse Trials. The horse did a typical jump over an obstacle, landing wrong, falling onto its neck and dies instantly. The horse also fall ontop of the woman, killing her.
2. Three men going for a helium balloon ride in Colorado was enjoying a nice Friday afternoon flying high. They struck a power-line causing them to crash to the ground. One man was air-lifted to the nearest hospital, and the other two were dead on impact.
3. A Senior in High School was a star football player who had the potential to go into college ball but had a minor heart condition holding him back. During last Friday's game, a tackler's helmet struck him and damaged his spleen and small intestine. He died in the hospital shortly after.

4. Two families were enjoying a neighborhood barbecue over the weekend, when a 4-year-old got away with a 16-month-old toddler. They wandered into the driveway where the 4-year-old managed to get into a vehicle and get it into gear, rolling the car back and crushing the toddlers head between the bumper and the apartment wall...GREAT CAESAR'S GHOST!!!

1. This IDIOT 31-year-old in England wanted to get high off of nitrous oxide. Instead of just filling a balloon full and inhaling it, he decides to fill a condom and pull the entire condom over his head...he died by suffocating. DUH!
2. Two competing gas station attendants in Detroit were fighting over a 3-cent difference in their gas prices. Obviously giving the advantage to the cheaper gas station, so the guy who wasn't getting as much business walks across the street and shoots the other in the head.
3. A morbidly obese mother (60) and her equally obese son (34) lived in Staten Island. The son had a chronic heart condition waiting for a transplant. He died in the living room of his mother's apartment, and his mother died in front of the fridge with an empty oxygen tank lying next to her.

4. An 18-year-old hunter was with his 63-year-old grandfather in the woods of Wisconsin hunting deer when the grandfather shot and killed his grandson even though he was wearing an orange vest, he covered himself in deer skin colored blankets... eesh!!

1. A professional skydiver in Houston, TX fell to his death after his parachute didn't open on his fatal jump. His body wasn't found until 2 days later.
2. A 32-year-old man was trying to get back into his girlfriend's house, who kicked him out. He tried getting into the house through the cat-door, he couldn't fit, and ended up dying in the cat door.
3. This mentally ill 18-year-old boy in New York City was refusing to be hospitalized, and tried escaping his apartment out of the window. His mother called 911, when cops arrived, he had a black object in his hand. The Cops thought it was a gun and shot him 20 times...he was holding a hair brush.

4. A 2 1/2 year old boy was at a ski resort in Maine with his Dad. The Dad started up his truck to leave, the toddler wandered behind the truck and was crushed by the tires. The father lost a child in 2003, who was 2-years-old, due to a tree the father was cutting down fell on him

1. This 34-year-old man survived a car-crash after swerving off the road and rolling his car over, he managed to crawl from the wreckage. After being taken to the Emergency Room, he died from a severe heart-attack.
2. A 37-year-old man stopped to help a woman who had crashed into a guard rail on a highway after midnight one night. While outside of his vehicle assisting the woman, he was struck by an oncoming vehicle...he's dead.
3. 43-year-old Dorothy had recently lost her husband, and used exercise as her way of getting through the tragedy. She exercised so much that she enjoyed competing in triathlons. After her most recent, she lost consciousness, and died at the hospital due to swelling of the brain.

4. A mother of a 17-month-old went into work with her baby in the car. She left the baby in the car during her 7 hour shift. It was 89 degrees outside that day, the baby is dead. Although, the mother has been charged with once count of negligent homicide.

1. This 63-year-old mother was travelling to her daughter's graduation, and for no reason, she collided with another car killing herself and the other driver...cause of the accident is unknown.
2. A 24-year-old tree trimming worker was throwing branches into a wood chipper, when his co-workers turned away and looked back he was gone. The man had fallen into the wood chipper, he is dead.
3. After leaving a birthday party, a mother and her 6-year-old son were crossing a busy street in San Jose to head home. They were struck by a car and killed on the scene.

4. Both 5-year-old and 8-year-old sisters were watching TV in their bedroom, and when the 5-year-old got up to turn up the volume on the TV, the dresser it was resting on falls on top of the 5-year-old, killing her in front of her sister...Shucks!!

2. During a bicycle race in Florida, a tourist was killed by a man using a beer bottle, and then robbed him before leaving the scene.
3. A long distance runner competing in the US Men's Olympic Trials in New York, collapsed and died due to an enlarged heart.

4. An 11-year-old boy was playing with his friends on school grounds, and chose to sit on top of a fence outlining the school grounds. The gate these kids were sitting on, collapsed and landed on top of the 11-year-old boy, killing him in front of his friends...Jahosafat!!

1. This 66-year-old man was watering his lawn when he got in an argument with a 36-year-old man. The older man sprayed water at the younger, causing the younger man to become so enraged, he beat the old man to death.
2. This 39-year-old father has a drinking and drug problem, and when he got into a confrontation with his 15 and 16-year-old sons, things got heated. One of the sons threw a metal tent pole, killing the father.
3. While trick or treating this past Halloween, this 13-year-old boy collapsed for no reason at all. When he arrived to the nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead. Cause of death is still undetermined.

4. A 9-month-year old boy was crawling around the house when he got out of sight, when he was found, he had drowned when he crawled into a bucket filled with water and bleach...Jeepers!

1. A fire broke out in a beach house occupied by more than a dozen college students, 7 people were killed.
2. This 22-year-old was playing hockey in his recreational league, when a puck hit him in an unprotected area on his chest while blocking a shot, he died from the shot to the chest.
3. After a counseling session for families of troubled 5th graders, the parents get into an altercation in the school parking lot. The fight leads to the death of one of the fathers.

4. Three boys, aging 5 to 7, were looking for dinasour bones around train tracks. A train was coming towards them, and the boys started to retreat, the 5 year old, got his foot stuck in the tracks and tripped. He was struck by the train and is now dead...Zoinks!

1. Six passengers riding on a water-boat style roller coaster in Thailand on Tuesday, were sent in the carriage, off the tracks of the coaster down a 20 meter drop. Killing one woman and injuring six others.
2. A 35-year-old marathon runner, also father of three, collapsed on mile 18 of his marathon in Chicago. After being picked up by paramedics, they get lost on the way to the hospital...if they didn't the runner could have survived, he is now dead.
3. This 3-year-old boy with brain cancer is apart of the Make A Wish foundation, his wish was for a horse. Before receiving his horse, a pit bull mauled it to death.

4. This 6-year-old boy was doing his exercises in gym class when he collapsed. When paramedics arrived, they tried to revive him. The boy, suffering from a seizure, died at the hospital shortly after arriving...Cripes!!!

2. While this novelist was vacationing in Canada with her husband, they decide to take a swim in a local lake. She struggles to swim back to shore while a good samaritan is found dead at the scene, attempting to save the author.
3. These newlyweds were strolling through a forest in New Hampshire, when they sat on a log to rest. The giant log lost its placing and started to roll down the hill, forcing the couple beneath it as it rolled. The husband lived, and the wife was killed with severe head injuries.

4. This family was on their way to visit the father who is an injured soldier regaining health in a local hospital. On the way to the hospital, the soldier's wife and kids were in a car accident...one of the children is in critical condition, the other two were pronounced dead at the scene...Golly!

2. A man who had been married 3 days before, died in a head on collision.
3. A 12-year-old girl was trying to cross an interstate in Kansas city, and when she started to cross, a red Lincoln struck her, killing her instantly.

1. An elderly Turskish man, out of a jealous rage, shot a younger Turkish man and cut his penis off for flirting with his wife...he was left bleeding to death in the middle of the street.
2. During a homecoming parade in a small town in Denver, a 15-year-old girl was run over by an 18 wheeler towing a float, she died from injuries.
3. This 12-year-old Amish boy was riding with his brothers on a horse drawn wagon, then fell off and was run over twice by the horses and wagon...he's now dead.

1. An 83-year-old woman was house sitting for a friend, and after walking around a near-by golf course, she was eaten by an alligator.
2. A married couple in their 50's headed off on their honeymoon in their own Cessna plane from Oklahoma to Baltimore, but died when they crashed in Montana.
3. This 4-year-old girl wandered away from her family while visiting Mather Point at the Grand Canyon...fell 450 feet to her death off the side of the canyon edge.

4. In North Texas, this 21-month-old boy went to play in their backyard and somehow got tangled up in a backyard soccer net. When his mom found him, he was hanging from the net by the neck...he's now dead...GOOD GRAVY!!!

1. A 66-year-old man who raised exotic animals was mangled by a wild deer and his antlers.
2. A New Mexico woman died in a hot air balloon crash when the balloon attempted to tie down, the tie snapped and throwing the woman from the balloon, 50 feet to her death.
3. A 60-year-old man, who was popular in his community, shot himself to death in front of the city council and 50 other spectators.

4. A 16-year-old boy who was at hockey practice, collapsed on the ice. Sliding across the ice on his stomach, and shaking. The boy is now dead from a sudden heart attack...Holy Moly!

1. An innocent woman was caught in the crossfire of a gang shooting in London...she was shot to death.
2. A father pulls a "Dick Cheney" on his 21-year-old son while hunting, but actually shoots and kills his own son.
3. Two construction workers went swimming in a nearby pond to cool off. Trying to swim across the pond, one man drowns and the other nearly drowns trying to save the other.

4. In Ohio, this 10-year-old boy, who was on suicide watch, deliberately set a fire killing his mother, sister, and three other children...the boy allegedly has confessed on his actions...Nuts!!!

1. A father of three was bitten by the family rat, didn't get treatment right away and died weeks later.
2. A 74-year-old man dies after falling asleep with a cigarette in hand.
3. This 16-year-old boy was late to school, taking a shortcut is struck by an oncoming train...he's dead.

1.This guy fell into a vat of acid at the factory he worked in, and died.
2. A motorcyclist was killed when he slammed into a cow. The cow died too.
3. This 15 year old boy grabbed onto a truck while riding his skateboard, then lost his balance and fell under the wheels. He died.

1. An old lady suffering from chest pain died in the ER waiting room after being rushed they
2. This family had 2 daughters die in a car crash on labor day, but only had the money to bury one of them.
3. This little 10 year old girl accidentally hanged herself while playing hide and seek.

4. A 17 year old hit a pregnant lady and her husband while driving in San Diego, killing the pregnant lady. The baby died a day later.
Friday September 21st, 2007...
1. A man died after being head butted by an armless man during a fight over a woman. Turns out he died from a heart attack not the head butt.
2. A man cleaning his gun didn't realize it was loaded. He accidentally shot it and the stray bullet killed a passing truck driver.
3. A leagally blind man decided to go ATV riding and ended up slamming into a tree and dying.
4. This dad found the body of his son and his friend himself after police were unable to located the bodies at the scene of a car accident.

3. A woman so intent on beating an eastbound train that she never saw the westbound train that careened into her van.

3. An 18 year old car wash employee who was working to become assistant manager instead got tangled in the machinery and was crushed to death.

Breisy Mercedes' husband Sergio was killed in Iraq just 11 days before his tour was up, and a month before the birth of their son. Just after their son's 1st birthday, Breisy was holding the baby while loading up her SUV. Somehow the SUV was bumped out of gear, and knocked Breisy to the ground. She dropped her 1 year old baby, and only son of her dead husband, who rolled under the SUVs wheels and was killed: Story
This 2 year old girl fell under the wheels of a church bus and died in the Church parking lot. At her own mother's wedding. Story
A teenager got drunk and drove himself into a telephone pole and died. His distraught friend visited the site of his death just hours later, set up a vigil for his dead friend, and played the guitar and sang a song in his memory. "FOREIGN BAD NEWS"
In Osaka, Japan a woman was riding a stand up roller coaster with her best friend beside her during the country's "Golden Week" Holiday. The woman's chair broke off when the coaster struck a guardrail, and she was thrown violently head first into a fence at over 50 miles per hour. She died. Story
In Somerset, England a jealous boyfriend stabbed his girlfriend (and the mother of his 10 year old child) ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE TIMES. In front of the 10 year old. Who called 911 while covered in blood. Story
In Wellington New Zealand, an old lady lived on an electric oxygen pump at her home. After her bill went unpaid, the Power Company arrived to shut down the power to her home. Her son explained to the technician that the power was necessary to keep the oxygen pump going, and therefore keep his poor mother alive. He even invited the technician into the house to see it. The technician turned the power off anyway. The mother died. The next day the Power Company apologized and turned the power back on: Story

In St. Paul, Minnesota a 17 year old orphan named Crystal lives with her grandmother. Her best friend was her 4 year old "Therapy Dog" an Australian Sheppard Mix named Chevy. One night Crystal let Chevy out and he didn't come back. She was extremely distraught and put up missing dog signs everywhere. Weeks went by and one day Crystal found a red paper wrapped box with a big bow on her front steps. She thought someone was trying to cheer her up. A Pakistani man was so excited to marry his fiancée, he showed up at her house and started firing his gun in the air in celebration. A bullet struck his soon-to-be bride. He thought he had killed her, so he immediately turned the gun on himself and committed suicide. Turns out the bullet only grazed her: Story

A prisoner of 12 years was completely exonerated and released from jail because of overturned evidence. The day after he was released, he was killed in a hit and run accident: Story: Update!!!
