Here's my review for...

CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR

While on vacation I got to see a couple of the new movies that came out.  We will start with Charlie Wilson's War.  This is a movie about a congressman from Texas who for some reason wants to help Afghanistan beat Russia in the early 80's.  It's based on a true story also.  And it has Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts in it.  So it has all the signs of being an incredible movie right????? Well, it isn't.  This is a movie for people who really don't like going to the movies, instead they like seeing well acted documentaries.  That's pretty much what this one was.  It also had that guy who played Capote, you know the little fat guy from Boogie Nights.  I don't know about you but he kind of creeps me out.  But the one nice thing about this history lesson on film is that it is short.  I don't even think the movie took an hour and a half.  So if you get stuck having to see something and you know a game is coming on in the next couple hours, go see Charlie Wilson's war because it's short.  As for me I hated it because I don't want to go to the movies and learn.
