How in the BLUE HELL did Jeff Bridges ever win an Academy Award?????? Seeing his movie Crazy Heart over the weekend makes me wonder what the Academy is smoking. The movie is about a washed up country music star that is trying to make a comeback. Standing in his way is his alcoholism and of course the fact that he SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! Bridges singing made me think that Joaquin Phoenix should have won a grammy for Walk the Line. Not to mention that his biggest foe in the music world, country music world is Colin Ferrell. Really Colin Ferrell singing country music. I can't wait to see the Rev. Billy Graham doing a gangster rap album next. So he goes from dive bar to dive bar and meets a reporter who by the way is ugly because it is Maggie Gillenhall and of course falls in love with her. She has a son in the movie which makes you want to believe that someone has slept with her, once again NOT believable and grows attached to the little boy only to let his alcoholic ways screw things up. That's pretty much the entire movie, so let me say this in advance. YOUR WELCOME for me saving you the money to rent this or see this in theatres now because this movie fuckin' SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE HATE HATE this movie!!!!!!!!!!
