Thanks to Hollywood sucking once again, I did not make it to the movies this weekend. So I checked my reviews and can't believe I didn't review a movie that I was in. Necessary Roughness. Yes since it is football season I can't get away from the football movies. Now you really can't see me but I'm in a huge crowd shot when the Armadillos(actually the screaming eagles from North Texas) are playing against what used to be known as Southwest Texas State, I think now they are just Texas State. Whatever, I know that I ate doughnuts that they provided because they had to keep cutting because the actors in the movie were TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! The movie is about a coach who gets fired for being too by the rules and comes to a school that almost lost their football team due to all sorts of violations. He has to put together a team from the kids at the school, that is of course until he lands "prized" recruit Scott Bakula who is about 52 years old. Yes, they have their ups and downs as a team, hell they even get Kathy Ireland to kick field goals. REALLY?!?!?!?! So the team has to play their rivals the Texas Colts( The Texas Longhorns) who are number one in the nation and going to kill the Armadillos. Well this is Hollywood which means bullshit is about to happen, and of course it does and the Armadillos win and go 1-1-8 for the season. Let me say something, if North Texas EVER beat the Texas Longhorns I would BURN ALL the orange that I own and even cut the tattoos off my body. The second reason I HATED this movie is that they didn't see talent when they had it in front of them and should have made me a HUGE Hollywood star. That's why I HATED this movie!!!!!!!!!!
