May 11th, 2009 NATIONAL LAMPOON'S
Wow, I thought we would start to get some good movies coming out for the Summer but I was wrong. I know that Star Trek came out and was huge, but Star Trek is GAY!!!!!! So I decided to go with a GREAT movie to start your summer off the right way. Vacation, with Chevy Chase has to be one of the GREATEST comedies EVER!!!!!!!!! The story about how anything and everything go wrong on a typical family trip. I have to think that this is the reason my family didn't take any cross country trips. And let me say, THANK YOU for that. I know a lot of people think that Christmas Vacation is better, and in some ways it is, but Vacation is where we first met Clark W. Griswald and loved him ever since. Even though European Vacation and Vegas Vacation both SUCKED!!!!!!!!!! This movie makes up for all of those. Like when cousin Eddy looks at Clark and says, "Say Clark looks like you could use a cold one." And then hands him his half empty beer and opens a new one for himself. If you don't find that funny then you don't know what funny is, and eat me for that. All I have to say is that I LOVED Vacation!!!!!!!!
