All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!  I know that the first movie, First Blood was still probably the best, but this Rambo movie has got to be the bloodiest.  The movie starts with a real bang.  Some refugee or something from Burma is made to run across a field by some soldiers and steps on a land mine.  Just blown to pieces, KICK ASS!!!!!!!!  Now the movie is about some do good church group that wants to help people out in the war torn country and need Rambo's boat to get there.  He doesn't want to take him, and by the way I wouldn't want to either but he does.  After he drops them off and they make their way to a village the army shows up and starts blasting people.  People are getting blown up by mortars, some guy got his arms and legs cut off along with all the people, including kids being shot at point blank range.  The people are missing for a week before someone else contacts Rambo to use his boats to get some mercenaries there to find the church group.  That's when Rambo decides to take over and kill people with a bow and arrow, along with a .50 caliber machine gun.  This gun is awesome because it pretty much blast you in half when it hits you.  Along with one of the Merc's guns that blew a guys head clean off.  Not to worry Rambo does use his knife in the movie as well.  You remember it, the one with the saw on one side of it.  LOTS and LOTS of action in this kick ass movie.  I have to say that I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!
