So the big movie over Christmas that I saw was the new Sherlock Holmes movie. I have to admit that I do NOT like Robert Downey Jr. or Jude Law. I do have to say that this movie wasn't too bad though. You see the thing that I did like about it is that it is a Guy Richie movie. You know he used to be married to Madonna, then she started looking like a man and he left. he also did one of my ALL TIME favorite movies Snatch. So I was hoping for big things from this movie. It's about how good of a detective Sherlock Holmes was, how he could read people and solve crimes. Ok, I get it he's amazing, but what I enjoyed was the fighting in the movie. Holmes like to fight to make extra money, now I know that I'm supposed to suspend my disbeliefs for movies, but really Robert Downey Jr. is going to kick some huge guys ass in a boxing match?????? REALLY???????? Oh, and Jude Law really being interested in a chick?????? REALLY?????????? I mean I think that this movie could have been a whole lot better with a couple of different actors. For Dr. Watson we should have gotten Hugh Grant, he would be a perfect patsy for Sherlock Holmes. While Holmes could have been played by Jason Statham, now that would kick some real ass. Plus he's fucking British already!!!!!!! No need for fake accents. I know that since this was a success they will use the same people in the next one, but lets loose Rachel McAdams. Enough of her frumpiness. I have to say that I liked it but didn't love it, so fuck it, I HATED THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
