THE STORY OF MOTLEY CRUE

Well, it's a new year of movies, but unfortunately nothing but shitty movies came out over this last weekend, so I decided that I would do something that I have NEVER done. Review a BOOK!!!!!!!!!! That's right a book. I was given THE DIRT, the story of Motley Crue. Let me tell you I couldn't put the book down. Not because I am still a HUGE Motley Crue fan but this is the kind of book for me. It's written by all four members of the band(even though John Carrabie writes in it, I don't ever recognize him as a member of the band) some of their managers and producers and some plain just hanger -ons. The thing I like about this book is that it doesn't hold anything back, Nikki Sixx talks about how fucked up he and his whole life were, Tommy Lee writes like he talks, with plenty of Bro's and dudes thrown in there as well. Plus this book uses the F word more than I do and you have to respect that!!!!!!!! Yes, if your wondering there are pictures in this book but it's a biography so of course there are going to be pictures that go along with it. This is not the kind of book that I would read again and again, because lets face it who wants to read the same book more than once, nothing's going to change!!!!!!!!!! Movies don't count that way, you can find new things in them. If you don't like to read boring books this is the read for you. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
