To Infinity and beyond!! Where do I start??!! Well of course besides Woody and Buzz all the same lovable characters are back, Jessie, Bullseye, Rex, Hamm, Slinky Dog, Mr. and Mrs. Potato head, Sarge, Barbie..etc…Lots of laugh out moments with Mr. and Mrs. Potato head, Barbie meeting Ken just awesome and Buzz being switched to Latin mode trying to entice Jessie with dance, classic Toy Story fun! Can you believe it’s been 11 years since the last Toy Story, crazy!! So many great messages in this movie, where to begin…well let’s see good wins over evil, doing what you know is right even when those around you don’t see it and being a loyal trustworthy friend who will be by your side thru the good times and the bad times, all fantastic messages. So the gist of the movie is this… Andy is all grown up getting ready to go to college and he hasn’t played with his toys in years and they are all feeling left out and missing Andy, but they stay around because he has always been so good to them. Of course they are nervous though because they know that all toys have a certain fate at some point and they don’t know theirs, will Andy take them to college with him, will they get put in the Attic, given away thru charity or worse thrown away. Through a series of events they end up at a daycare and at first they are super excited because of all the children that will want to play with them, but they soon find out that at night the loveable bear by day turns evil and is the ruler of all the toys at daycare, without giving too much away Woody ends up at first being separated from them but comes back to save them from the evil bear and all his cronies. Through teamwork and determination they find themselves back in a happy place and I can’t believe myself but I actually teared up at the end with Andy playing with his toys one last time before saying goodbye, come on it was a sweet moment! This movie for sure gets a thumbs up, totally liked it!!
