These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Sacramento LLC d/b/a KRXQ (collectively, the “Station” or “98 Rock”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 5345 Madison Ave. Sacramento, CA 95841 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at KRXQ.net. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

How to Enter

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

2. Beginning May 11, 2009 at 7 a.m. and ending on June 23, 2009 at 5 p.m., 98 Rock will accept entries for the 98 Rock ”Pay My Bill” contest by sending in your contact information (Name, Address, and Phone) and a copy of your qualifying Bill statement in one of the following ways:

(a) Fax your qualified Bill statement to fax # 916.339.4274. The fax must be addressed to “KRXQ Pay My Bill” and must include your name, address and phone number either printed or handwritten on the Bill statement or on a fax cover sheet, OR

(b) Stop by any Cost-U-Less Insurance locations (listed below) during their regular business hours and drop your qualified Bill statement in the contest entry lockbox. Each entry deposited in the lock box entry box must include your name, address and phone number either printed or handwritten on the Bill statement or on a separate piece of paper that is permanently secured to the Bill Statement (like a solid staple -- but NOT a paper clip) or on a separate piece of paper included in a sealed envelope with the Bill Statement,

(c) Email a copy of your qualified Bill Statement as a PDF or other readable document PayMyBill@krxq.net. The email must include your name, address and phone number either printed or handwritten on the Bill statement or in the email message section.

3. To be a “qualified” Bill Statement, it must be (a) a copy of an unaltered Bill statement received from any commercial creditor (but excludes private loans (among individuals) or bills from private individuals), (b) for any monthly period on or after March 1, 2009 (if bill is one-time or billed annually, quarterly or in an increment other than monthly (including weekly), the $3,000 maximum prize still applies…see Section 5 below for more details), and (c) at least one of the names of the debtor printed on the Bill Statement must be the same person who enters this contest as the entrant.

4. There is no limit to the number of bills any entrant may submit; but each bill may only be submitted one time, only one bill per entry/envelope will be recognized (the lowest monthly payment amount if more than one is included), you may not submit different Bill Statements for the same Bill account more than once. Monthly rental payments, if not evidenced by a written bill, may be entered by submitting in writing, along with the listener’s contact information, the amount of monthly rent, the address of the rented location (which must match the entrant’s mailing address), the landlord contact information (name, address and phone number), and a copy of the lease or rental agreement verifying the rental payment. In no event will more than $3,000 be paid as a prize to any winner, even if the amount on the bill exceeds that amount.

5. The only amount eligible for a prize in this contest is: (a) with respect to traditional credit cards only (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, retail store credit cards) the total balance then owed, but in no event to exceed $3,000 or (b) with respect to any other type of statement (i.e. mortgage, insurance, utilities, rent, car loan, student loan), the current amount due on the Bill submitted (for example, if the monthly payment on your car loan bill shows $300.00 due but the balance owed is $5,000, that selected winner will only be entitled to a $300.00 prize in this contest).

6. YOU MUST KEEP A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL BILL STATEMENT - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW IT TO THE STATION IN ORDER TO BE AWARDED ANY PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST.

7. ALL ENTRANTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO BLACK-OUT ALL ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ON BILLS SUBMITTED TO THE STATION, OTHER THAN NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER.

How to Win & Prizes

8. Starting Monday, June 1, 2009 and continuing through Wednesday, June 24, 2009 (“Contest Period”), each weekday at approximately 7:20 a.m. one entrant’s name will be announced on-air. That entrant will have exactly 10 minutes and 25 seconds from the time of the first announcement of his/her name to call the 98 Rock contest line at 916-766-5000 or 1-888-390-9850 to claim his or her prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. In the event that the entrant does not call in time, 98 Rock will select a second daily entry at approximately 9:20 a.m. 98 Rock will continue this process every 2 hours until an entrant calls the Station back within the allotted period of time on that particular weekday or until 9:59 p.m. (PT) on that particular weekday, whichever is soonest. If no entrant calls back within the allotted period of time by 9:59 p.m. (PT) on a particular weekday during the Contest Period then there will be no daily winner on that particular day during the Contest Period and the Contest will continue on the immediately following weekday during the Contest Period (if applicable). 98 Rock will select entrants’ names to announce on the basis of any subjective lawful criteria that Station desires, including, without limitation, the type and amount of the Bill Statement entered, the potential for listener appeal and interest in the Statement entered, the novelty of the Statement with respect to other Statements entered, and the like. The selection of the potential selected entrants shall be made by 98 Rock in its sole discretion and may not be challenged or appealed. Some days the Contest may be played more than once, in Station’s sole discretion, but the Contest will be played no more than 40 total times during the Contest Period.

9. Entries included for consideration in this contest based on the business day after it was received by the Station and will then be in consideration for all subsequent contesting days until either contest ends or it is selected. Entries are deemed “received” by Station based on the mode of entry, as follows: (a) faxed and emailed entries received by 5pm on a business day will be deemed received on that day or, if not a business day, on the next business day, and (b) entries deposited at Cost U Less locations will be deemed received by the Station on the date that Station picks up that entry from the location at which it was deposited (Station intends to pick up entries approximately 2 times per week from each location, days of the week will vary by location and from week to week).

10. Station expects to have at least eighteen (18) winners in this contest, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these contest rules, but Station cannot predict whether or not a contesting day will pass without a winner (i.e. calling in on time). If an announced entrant calls back in time, then Station will pay that entrant by check (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules) an amount equal to the amount then due according to the particular Bill submitted and selected (see Section 5 above for details) BUT IN NO EVENT MORE THAN $3,000 PER ENTRY. Check will be available for pick up at the Station studios by the winners within 30 business days of winning. Because the prize payment will be made to the entrant directly, it is the entrant’s responsibility to make sure their Bills are paid on time to their appropriate collectors.

11. In no event will Station award more than a total of $23,000.00 in this contest. ONCE $23,000 HAS BEEN AWARDED IN THIS CONTEST, THIS CONTEST WILL IMMEDIATELY END (which could be prior to June 24th).

12. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.

Other Rules Specific to This Contest

14. Participants and winner(s) must be residents of California or Nevada (as limited in the following sentence) and at least 18 years old as of the date of entry in this contest. Since the “Rob, Arnie and Dawn” show airs in Nevada, residents of Nevada will be eligible to submit their entries, but will only be eligible to be included in contest play for announcements made at 7:20 a.m. and 9:20 a.m.

15. By entering this contest, all entrants acknowledge and agree that 98 Rock reserves the right to announce the name of the name and hometown of the entrant, the type of bill, the name of the creditor and the amount won and/or the total amount due on the bill (whether increment due and/or the total amount due to that creditor) and/or any other information relating to the Bill or a selected entrant’s entry (excluding account numbers, social security numbers or birthdates).

16. Any Bill submitted that has a blacked-out account number, social security number or birthdates WILL BE accepted in this contest. Any other blacked out or obscured information, alterations or suspected alterations to the Bill may result in disqualification of that entry (in Station’s sole discretion).

17. By entering this contest, entrants understand and agree that the Station may elect to use any entry submitted for entertainment purposes on-air and may choose to “make fun” of any entry submitted. Entrants waive any right to make any claim against Sponsors and their affiliates with respect to any disparaging comment made on-air about such entrant’s entry.
