Meet Arnie The Pork Howdy All! So Arnie the Pig, pig meat has been officially chopped, diced, butchered and packaged ready for consumption! Great cause going to 4-H and all, I just shouldn’t have spent as much time as I did with Arnie the Pig the day of Auction cause he was just such a loving piggy so it’s sad now to see him all chopped up..
So the night before my hubby and I were going to get Arnie the Pig at the butchers, I was barfing my brains out I think from some bad chicken I had for too long here at the house…so here I am Saturday morning in all my glory!
I really wanted to go with my husband cause I enjoy the drive to Jackson and it’s a neat small town but as you can see here I just kept barfing! Notice the first photo I have a sweatshirt on, and the next a t-shirt…yep barf splattered all over the sweatshirt so I had to change, I must have changed clothes a zillion times that day!
Ny sweet hubby and father in law Pops made their way to Jackson to get Arnie the Pig, Swingle Meat Co is where the cute big thing came to be cut up and the Locker Room where he was kept waiting for his new home of a freezer, oven, bbq, stove…stomach!
It ended up taking 4 coolers to fit all the meat from Arnie the Pig! Look at the poor thing now all he is, is a bunch of bacon, sausage and other pork stuff….Can’t wait for Rob’s Arnie the Pig pork party…..sarcasm people!!
"Arnie the Pig" has arrived safely to Williams Manor as "Arnie the Pork." As you can see it took up nearly all of his garage space. And look at all of that sausage!!!
