Dawn's Summer Vacation - Part 4

Hey Everyone! Okie dokie so this is my 4th and last round of vacation photos! Hope you have enjoyed all of them! So my husbands Aunt Joan and Uncle Ray and know my family as well celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary, that’s right 50 years how awesome is that!!! So I thought I would share a few photos with you of the party that their children and grandchildren threw for them. Enjoy!

This is my Aunt Kathy who is the sister of my father in law and Uncle Ray. As a surprise for Uncle Ray and Aunt Joan she made this wedding cake for them. How awesome does it look??!! She made the flowers and used fondant to make it so smooth, it took her hours to do this and you can tell how nervous she was in the car on the drive over to the party, which was like an hour away!! Once we got to the house you can see how happy she was that it made it there in one piece!! It was a super yummy cake as well really moist!

Ohhhh it’s my sweet handsome hubby Gary and his cousin Brian’s wife, Kristina. How freaken pretty is she! And super tiny like size 2, even after having a baby! So not fair! She is naturally thin you should see her mom, really tiny and pretty lady as well!

This is my cousin Christina and Aunt Bev. Christina just got married to Aunt Bev’s son Marc, are you with me!!! I actually put photos of that wedding up not that long ago on our photo gallery if you want to check it out!! It was a total Italian Catholic wedding, except no one got whacked!!!!

Funny photo of myself with Uncle Roy and his son my cousin Marc. Marc is Brian’s brother and the Uncle Roy and Aunt Bev are their parents, this is soooooo not confusing right, right!!! Uncle Roy just turned 70, doesn’t he look great and he still races dragsters, how cool is that!!!

Okay looking at the photo starting on your left is cousin Marc, Uncle Ray, Uncle Roy, hey lookey there it’s myself and my awesome hubby Gary! Next to him is cousin Christina, Aunt Bev and cousin Kristina! Yes that’s right brothers Marc and Brian both married girls with the same name just spelled differently, Christina or Kristina! Both are awesome gals!!

Awww it’s my sweet father in law, Pops!! I caught him for a photo on his way out to have a smoke! You can see his cigs hiding in his shirt pocket and you can tell he is like okay okay let’s take this photo so I can toke up on my smokes!!!

How adorable are they!! This is Aunt Joan and Uncle Ray who have been married for 50 years!! Their children and grandchildren did a fabulous job throwing them this Anniversary party. Check out the black and white photos from their wedding day 50 years ago!! I love those type of photos, so classic! Aunt Joan was 16 on her wedding day and Uncle Ray was 21!!

How attractive is this family!! This is cousin Brian with his wife Kristina and their son Jordon, so freaken sweet!! They always remind me of Barbie and Ken but with dark hair and that Italian olive skin!! Mama mia!!

The happy couple making a toast and thanking everyone for being there, they are just so down to earth and real!! You can so still feel the love between them after 50 years!! We all can learn a thing or two from a couple that has made it that long and is still so crazy about each other!! Just so warms the heart!!
