Round 2 of Dawn's Christmas Vacation Photos 2008

Howdy Everyone!! Still hard to believe that the Holidays have already passed, shit they had just got here!! I already can’t wait until October, November and December my 3 favorite months of the year!! Any who….so my second round of vacation photos include Christmas day, time spent with my nieces, New Year’s Eve and a get together dinner at Producer Cristi and her boyfriend’s house..hope you enjoy the photos!!!

My nieces Megan and Katie and my sister Colleen came to visit for a few days over the Holidays and this is Christmas morning as the girls open their stockings and presents, I don’t remember everything they got, but a lot of clothes, shoes, gift cards, make up, cell phones, you know stuff teenagers and college kids get these days!!

Megan and Katie love the chocolate chip pancakes that I make, anytime they are in town for the holidays it is a tradition that I make em for them, it’s crazy the sugar addicts these 2 are but yet so thin…..ahhhh youth!!!

This was our Christmas Day!! We all just laid around ALL DAY and watched movies, it was fantabulous!! The only time we got up was to go to the bathroom, eat some lunch and change the movies out! Days like that are the best!

How great is this ornament!! What makes it even greater is that my niece Kendra that lives in Arizona made it for us! She saw that the pattern was western themed and thought of her Aunt Dawn and Uncle Gary’s Country Christmas themed tree, so thoughtful!

Family time in the 21st Century!! I had went to take a little nap, okay to go and sleep off the Champagne I had drank…and when I woke up and walked out to the living room I just started laughing, Gary, Katie and Megan are all on their lap tops or ipod but consider this family time bonding!

Gary is such an awesome Uncle, he took Katie, Megan and one of Katie’s friends to play some games and have some dinner while my sister Colleen went to a Casino and I was home nursing some kind of bug I got that thank god only lasted 1 day!

So over the Christmas weekend we took a day trip to San Francisco, here we are heading out to a “real” city! The only booooo we ran into was we wanted to eat lunch at one of our favorite places to eat in the city and some Cal pep rally was going on and they basically had taken over the restaurant…thought I would get these shots of Cal for Arnie, he hates this College team!

Since our favorite lunch spot was overrun with Cal fans we ended up at tourist spot Hard Rock! I know we are in San Francisco and we go to Hard Rock Café! But the girls wanted to eat there and they do have some pretty good drinks!!

Since Hard Rock was right there at the warf we had to go and see the Sea Lions, so adorable although there were so many people it was hard to get right where they were…My niece Katie loved taking pictures in that spot, she has a professional camera because photography is something she loves to do, which she could make a great career out of she is really good!

Yahooo it’s New Year’s Eve!! The family went back home, Pops was in Arizona so my sweet hubby and I had a little party of our own!! He and I always have a good time together he is my best bud! So to celebrate New Year’s Eve we drank of course! And played the new version of Monopoly, at first I was kicking Gary’s ass, then as you can see in the end he kicked my ass!! I think we managed to stay up until like 11p!! total party animals!!

Our good friends Steve and Amanda have the cutest freaking kids!! Gary has known Steve since they were like 10 so Steve’s kids are like our family, the little girl is Madelyn, I have shared several photos of her in our RAD photo gallery, isn’t she getting so grown up already 3! And that is her ham of a brother Dylan, total clown just hilarious..soon he will be 1!

The last weekend of our vacation we got to hang out with Cristi, her boyfriend Scotty, Producer Brandon and his drunk ass girlfriend!! Cristi and Scotty, well I should say Scotty cooked a really good Turkey dinner, I was quite impressed! This is all of us hanging out drinking, giving the turkey a dick and balls! And catching up on what we have been doing during vacation. Oh by the way that sticker on their fridge with the Fuck hippies, Fuck Yuppies..is a bar that Cristi used to work at named Spit fire Salon in Cleveland….classy!! And believe it or not Cristi’s black cat who is sooooooo much smaller than the other cat is actually the dominant cat in the house!! Her cats are so cute and funny!
