Dawn's March Vacation Hello All! So last week we were on vacation and I pretty much stayed close to home…the hubby had lots going on with work so I took the opportunity to start clearing and cleaning out my closet, it’s been quite the project! Next I will start clearing out all cupboards and drawers, I started reading a clearing out the clutter book on vacation that is just awesome, it’s incredible how much ‘stuff’ we acquire over time that we just don’t need!! Anywho hope you enjoy the photos I did take on vaca!!
My husband belongs to a business networking group and every once in awhile they all will get together at someone’s house to basically drink, eat and get to know each other better. They are a great group of folks, there are a lot more of them but I started drinking and didn’t finish taking everyone’s photos!!! The last couple in the photos with the dark hair, Kristin and her husband served many years in the military and are now working in business in the civilian world, great people..
I LOVE when our cat George does this…he loves to sleep inside open cupboards!! How freaken cute is this!!!??!!!
One weekend we decided to take a drive to San Fran and enjoy the ocean a bit, we had my nephew Domenic with us and he really enjoyed the water, that is him jumping the oncoming wave!! I was so sad for this little crab that got washed up on the shore, we tried to put it back in the ocean but it kept getting washed up, poor thing….do you like my one level sand castle with it’s own lake??!!!!
Remember Taylor Hicks from American Idol? Oh yeah we got to see him as we entered Hard Rock in San Francisco for lunch..he was in the bar area singing a couple of songs and then doing a raffle for prizes!! We asked if I could get a picture with him and he said ‘they won’t let me take pictures’…..ummmmmm you are performing at a restaurant why so diva like??!!! Actually I felt pretty bad for the guy, he won Idol for pete’s sake it was kinda painful to see!!
LOL!! How silly is my Autumn kitty!! She sits like a human on the coach, so hilarious!!
My sweet honey and I enjoying some drinks at lunch, that is the best when you are on vacation and you have some booze in the middle of the day!! I love they gave me my own shaker!!! |
