RESTAURANT STYLE
To Make... 1. Melt the butter sticks in the microwave (usually takes about 2 minutes) or a saucepan. 2. Stir in Garlic and shallots, let simmer on stove for about 3 minutes (Add to microwave and cook for 90 seconds). 3. Place butter mixture in a food processor (or a blender, if you must) and puree into a smooth butter sauce.
