"LORD VADER'S" WIFE'S FAMOUS ARTICHOKE DIP

Hi everyone. If you're new to the show, "Lord Vader" is on-air nickname we've given to the official censor of the Rob, Arnie & Dawn show (yes... he actually sits in a room all morning and waits for Arnie to tell a ka-ka joke so he can press a button). "Vader" happens to have an amazing wife who makes a spectacular dip that all of us on the show fell in love with at our Thanksgiving this year. Turns out this dish is a staple at all the parties the Vader family goes to and has met with the same reaction wherever it has been served. It's a wonderful recipe and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (not light or reduced fat)
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can artichoke hearts (coarsely chopped)
½ teaspoon garlic powder

To Make...

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in an ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.

Serve with crackers
