DRY SPICE RUB FOR PORK OR BEEF
(Great on Ribs)
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons paprika
2 Tablespoons Chile powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1 Teaspoon dry sage
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup salt
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together. This mix will keep well in a sealed container for months.
