"TOP 5 WORST THINGS BANDS DO IN CONCERT"

Criteria: We are blessed in this industry to have access to literally hundreds, if not thousands, of live concerts over the course of a career. We have found that regardless of whether you are a rock, country or opera artist, all have certain irritating mistakes made in concerts.

Overview: The only rules we made was that our list had to consist of commonly made mistakes, not one time seen stunts, done by one artist. Also, it had to be intentional. We weren't looking for crap like "being drunk," or "falling off the stage.

Rob's Notes:
Fast food is not a delicacy, but it is a food category in and of itself. My list is simple; I used only two things to make my decisions. First, do I crave the item on occasion? Any food item that causes me cravings must be good. Secondly, is the food literally mouth watering once it's in my mouth? If so, it must be one of the greatest ever.

Arnie's Notes: People pay good money and take a good chunk of time out of their day to go to concerts so that they can see their favorite bands play their favorite songs in the way in which they fell in love with those songs. All of my pet peeves are based on artists' egotistically not giving the audience what they want.

Rob's Top 5

5. Not opening or closing with a hit song

4 Playing un-heard of new stuff off of newly released albums

3 Not playing their biggest hits at all

2. Playing a medley of hits, rather than the whole songs

1. Changing songs (this includes doing it acoustically, having the audience sing the words instead of the band, inseting exceptionally long instrument solos, changing tempo, etc)

HONORABLE MENTION

Starting exceptionally late

Using the city name too often ("What's up, Sacramento!")

Arnie's Top 5

5. Asking you to "Give it up for the opening band."

4. Too many encores

3. Changing their songs.

2. Not playing their hits.

1. Not ending with their biggest songs.
