Wednesday, May 20th, 2008 TOP 5 FAVORITE FOODS COOKED ON THE BARBEQUE Overview: Memorial Day signifies the unofficial start to barbequing season. In honor of that, we list our favorite foods cooked on a grill. Criteria: The is a list of foods cooked on a grill, not foods served at a BBQ (like baked beans and coleslaw). Any food cooked on a grill can be considered. Rob's Notes: Everyone knows how much I love to cook, and when you live in a part of the country that swelters above 90 degrees half the year, it’s imperative to have some serious skills and versatility on an outdoor grill. Almost everything, done right, tastes better on the grill. Narrowing down this list was not easy. Arnie's Notes: Look here, there is NO cut of meat that is better than the Ribeye. I don't pretend to know why that is, I just know that no other meat taste anywhere near as good as a Ribeye and the best place to cook that is on a grill. Don't try and claim that there is ANY good place to get Brisket in this town because I have tried and tried and it all SUCKS!!!!!!!!
