"Top 5 Movie Franchises"

Criteria:
On the heels of the release of the final Star Wars film, it's time to name greatest movie epics, defined as at least three complete parts. Meaning, movies like Shrek and Spider-man will have to be re-evaluated later.

Overview: Epics were punished for one horrible outing, and thus judged on the overall piece of work. Godfather III is the perfect example of a movie that was so bad it chipped away at the credibility of the first two films, but was it enough to ruin two of the greatest movies ever made?

Rob's Notes: The Indiana Jones series is currently the greatest (as we await the alleged fourth installment) because all 3 movies were great, unlike every other series which had at least one mediocre/bad film in the lot. The Godfather trilogy has to make the list because the first two films are literally two of the greatest movies ever made, despite how awful the third one was. For Arnie to leave off Austin Powers is absurd. All three films were hysterical and deserve recognition.

Arnie's Notes: Austin Goddamn Powers??????? He can't be serious!!!!! Rob has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he does need counciling. SOON!!!! To have Austin Powers over Dirty Harry and not even have the Terminator films in there is CRAZY!!!!!! I just wonder what happened to my friend, Rob who used to be kind of a guys guy, but now instead of having great movies on his list, he has midgets slinging ca-ca.
