TOP 5 DUMBEST AND WORST HOLIDAY MASCOTS
Overview: All holidays come with a cast of characters that are related to the celebration. From Baby New Year to Santa Claus and all of them in between, not all of them are great.
Criteria: Any character that is associated with a major American holiday can be considered. However, a fictional character like “the tooth fairy” that isn’t associated with an actual day is not allowable.
Rob's Notes: This country is so obsessed with symbolism and personality association it’s laughable. We all believe the war on terror will be over if Usama Bin Laden is killed (it won’t be) and we all believe that without Santa Claus, there is no Christmas. That’s just stupid. Santa, however, is a great character, but the Headless Horseman? How stupid is that?
Arnie's Notes: Look here, I am tired of these hanger on's for the holiday mascots. Like Mrs. Clause that was only put in place when women were given the right to vote and speak. The groundhog is a big rat and the earth is STUPID!!!!
