CHRISTMAS DAY 

Okay so I don’t even remember how the on air conversation started but Arnie had one of his anger moments over Christmas Day sucking because it’s over in the morning! Spoken like a true Scroogie Scrooge!! For those of us that love the entire Christmas season we don’t see it that way, so hopefully I can help those of you who are somewhere in between, however the true Scrooges may be a lost cause!!! Leading up to Christmas Day there is so much to do, get the Christmas tree and decorate it, get out all of your decorations and decorate the yard and inside the house, shop for gifts and wrap them, grocery shop more than usual, make Christmas goodies, go to Christmas parties, throw a party  yourself, go to your kid’s Christmas play, recital, or program, prepare for your family or friends arrival, or prepare for your travel. On top of all this most of us are still working and doing the normal day to day tasks!! So with all that it’s easy to see why some would think once Christmas morning is over the day becomes boring! I think in actuality you have been going and going for weeks and than its like BAM everything is done,  Christmas morning came and went and there is no more running around to do and you kinda come off the high that has been getting  you thru all those busy weeks! You see this is the time to really relax and take it all in. You can sit and catch up with family and friends, throw in some movies and relax on your couch,  take a nap after stuffing yourself at Christmas breakfast or take a walk and finally check out all the nice decorations in your neighborhood. There is also Christmas brunch or dinner to celebrate and prepare for, so the day is far from over!  Don’t let those pesky negative thoughts sneak in, make that an early Resolution and that will help this to be A Wonderful Life!!
