So why am I posting quotes about Integrity??!! Well with the new year comes resolutions for many, quit smoking, lose weight, spend more time with family and friends, learn something new, get organized etc…so it got me thinking that if you are making resolutions this year why not add Integrity to the list! Make a conscience effort to be a person with integrity. Having integrity calls you to be good and true to yourself first which in turn helps you to be good and true to others. When you approach all situations with integrity you most likely will end up doing what is right regardless of how hard it may be or regardless of how unpopular it may seem. Integrity calls you to do your best so when you look at yourself in the mirror you like what you see or when you hit the pillow at night you are falling asleep with a clear conscience! And truly how can you achieve any of your resolutions without Integrity?? Lets say your resolution is to quit smoking and as far as everyone knows you are doing great and  you haven’t smoked in a week, except for the fact that you have, you smoke when you are alone and no one can see you that is approaching the quit smoking thing with no integrity, remember with integrity there is no lying or deceiving not only with others but with  yourself as well. But here is the great thing about Integrity once you realize you are not allowing yourself to be a person of integrity you can change it immediately moving forward, so good luck with this years resolutions and I hope you have a Wonderful 2010!
