September 14th, 2009 PUSH YOURSELF When you think you have given all you have, push yourself a little more, you will be amazed at your strength. The crazy thing about trying to get fit, which I am in the process of doing with my trainer Kacie, is you actually start learning a lot more about yourself and life, when you thought you would just be getting fit! While weight training and doing cardio the goal is to push yourself to the point where you have used all you have and then you push just a little harder to get the last bit of what you have out. While constantly doing that type of training you eventually start using that same philosophy in life. You will notice that you will start to challenge yourself even more with your goals, your priorities and how you are living your life. You may have thought you were already doing this, but you realize you actually have it in you to do even more, to become more. It’s not about being hard on yourself thinking you haven’t been good enough, it’s about realizing that you can be even better than you already were in all areas of your life.
